The Opportunity:
Are you a Graduate or Junior level IT Professional who has experience with 1st or 2nd line support? If so, then you could be the perfect fit for our fully funded Salesforce training programme. Our very own Mason Frank Tech Academy is a 2 year course that will train you to become an expert in Salesforce, which is the number 1 CRM product! This is an opportunity that will make you highly marketable in an ecosystem that has a huge number of available jobs.
Mason Frank Tech Academy:
Mason Frank Tech Academy helps you take the initial steps in becoming a fully certified Salesforce consultant. Their 2 year accredited programme gives you access to Salesforce training and provides fantastic career opportunities in the exciting and highly lucrative Salesforce market.
They will help you work towards 3 significant certifications, coach you in soft Business skills and find you a job within the Salesforce Ecosystem.
This is a fast-track route into Salesforce for individuals with a background in IT, programming and Software Development. Our highly intensive 8 week training course will utilise your current skillset and build upon them to transform you into a certified Salesforce Administrator and Consultant.
After the training course, you will then go on to work with one or more of our Salesforce clients across the UK to gain practical, commercial experience in a Salesforce environment.
Key Skills/Requirements:
We don't expect you to come from a Salesforce background or have any experience with it, this is a chance to cross-train from your current experience. With that in mind, we are looking for the following:
* Ideally one to two years' working experience where you have demonstrated a passion
for IT, business consultancy or analytics.
* Experience in a 1st or 2nd line support role, Junior position (not tech specific) or customer facing position.
* Positive, energetic & drive - you must be able to show your enthusiasm and be engaged with the product.
* Resilience - be able to confidently face any challenges that you face.
* A willingness to travel UK wide to client sites.
