My client is currently recruiting for a Java DevOps Engineer on a 6 month rolling contract based in the Republic of Ireland

Location : Republic of Ireland

Job Type : Contract 6 Months Rolling

*Exp in design and development of Java, JEE applicationsSolid experience on Spring - MVC, Security, BootExperience in developing Rest APIs.

*Knowledge of Microservices based architectureHands-on web development experience with JavaScript (JQuery, BackboneJS, reactJS or AngularJS)Solid DevOps skills.

*Experience in setting up continuous integration and development pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, Git, Gradle, NexusExperience of application containers and related technologies - Docker, KubernetesBasic administration

*Experience on middleware components - such as Weblogic, Tomcat, MQ, API GatewaysFamiliarity with basic networking and infrastructure design principles

*Good understanding of load balancing, clustering, network, Infrastructure and Single Sign-on based web application developmentSolid written and oral communication.

*Experience coordinating with various IT functions such as Networks, Security, and QAProven ability to deliver high-quality codeKnowledge of OWASP, Secure Coding and Security best practicesAgile development experience is preferred
