Experis IT are currently recruiting for a MI & Analytics Performance and Service Lead to join one of our key clients based in Solihull. They are a FTSE 250 company who provider public services on a global scale with 50,000 employees worldwide. It's a very exciting time for the company's business intelligence and reporting function as we are looking to build and develop whole new team within the business from Manager through to analyst.

This is the key role for day-to-day operational management of the MI&A Standard Service performance. It is responsible for the development and ongoing management of service performance across the entire lifecycle, identifying and controlling service costs of the service. They are actively managing consumer satisfaction with the service, addressing tactical and systemic service issues.

This role encompasses numerous activities from tactical service management to statistical roles and acts as a cross-functional link across service teams, most prominently between Operations, Service Management and partner/3rd party teams.

Responsibilities

* Works with the MI&A Standard Service Manager to determine and agree business performance expectations by working with the IT Business Partners, the business and specifying the external research needed to obtain market information.

* Increases adoption of the MI&A Standard Service by working with Service Management teams and the IT Directors in the business to develop Service Support models for central/regional models

* Provides detailed information for management by preparing short-term and long-term performance reports covering all aspects of the service, working with Service Management Reporting and CSI functions to improve reporting coverage and detail. In addition they are placed to answer ad-hoc management questions and requests around service performance.

Technical Skill

The Standard Service manager will have a detailed knowledge of the MI & Analytics market with particular focus on Enterprise Information management, data science tooling and self-service reporting tools, including but not limited to Data Warehousing (SAP BW), SAP BPC tools, SAP Business Objects, Microsoft PowerBi, Qlikview and other reporting platforms. My client is currently heavily linked to SAP and Microsoft information management and reporting platforms and experience with these is essential.
