Technical Account Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Account Manager to join an innovative technology business as they seek to build out their UK presence in London. In the role, the Technical Account Manager will be responsible for working with clients across a range of industries to understand their needs and translating these into tangible solutions using the business' AI-driven software platform. This is a heavily customer-facing role so the successful Technical Account Manager must be comfortable communicating with and presenting to internal and external stakeholders at all levels of business.

Key Skills required for the Technical Account Manager:

* Bachelor's degree or higher related to information technology, software engineering or computer science.

* Commercial experience within a technical or consulting environment.

* An understanding of different development/ project management methodologies is desirable.

* Either experience or an interest in tech is key; preferably you will boast some knowledge of software development languages (i.e. Python, Java etc.)

The role of Technical Account Manager will involve:

* Consulting with customers and ensure their business needs, goals and outcomes are met.

* Managing customer relationships and delivering solutions for within time and budgetary restraints.

* Building applications/ products in line with the customer's needs utilising any technical skills you may posses.

* Communicating customer progress and needs - both to the customers and to other teams within the business.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience) + benefits
