Scrum Master | Manchester | 3 Months | £500 p/day

An opportunity has arisen for a Scrum Master to join a greenfield project in Manchester City Centre, joining a brand new team on a large project which will help the business grow, allowing them to continue to bring on internationally recognised clients.

This role would be ideally suited to someone with a history of working in ecommerce / digital companies, and although it isn't essential, some technical skills and background would be beneficial.

About You

* In depth understanding of Scrum and its underlying values and principles, gained through experience as a Scrum Master is essential

* Wider experience would be great - Scaled Scrum (or other scaled agile approaches); digital start-ups; application of other 'agile' approaches; agile transformations and the introduction of Scrum; working with and implementing devops technologies and culture…?

* Experience in software development companies - ideally in a variety of environments, markets and organisational cultures, co-located and distributed teams

* The personal skills, attributes and motivation suited to coaching and enabling in a busy, changing environment: influencing, flexibility, patience, empathy, courage, and confidence to name but a few!

* Experience is foremost, but formal Scrum training and certification would be valuable, with an interest in gaining or continuing that training expected and supported

* Active interest of the agile world through learning, networking and events

* Knowledge and experience of tools and techniques in the agile space

* Strong technical skills and background are not required (but are of course they would help)
