Software Developer / Full Stack Developer (Java Ruby Python AWS Postgres). Want to work with a range of programming languages and technologies without being pigeon holed to one?

FinTech financial services start-up is seeking a technologist Software Engineer with a range of skills. You'll be working across the full technology stack of their core loans product which specialises in providing small, short-term, secured loans that allow people to improve their credit ratings.

The loan origination and servicing platform has built using Ruby on Rails (with a Postgres database backend) hosted entirely in AWS (Amazon Web Services), they have decided to use JVM for future development. You'll be working across the full technology stack, the front end work will predominantly be done using JavaScript (including React, Redux and Angular) and the back end in Ruby and core Java. There are several upcoming Greenfield projects to get involved with working across the full technology stack.

This Software Engineer role presents an excellent opportunity to join an operationally profitable, technology driven start-up that is expanding due to success. Offices based in South East London within walking distance of a major main line station, friendly and collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

*Strong software engineering experience using a range of languages; some of the following: Java, JavaScript, ES6, React, Redux, Ruby, PostgreSQL, Python, Django, PHP

*Good knowledge of AWS

*Knowledge of an automation test framework

*Passionate for technology, willingness and aptitude to learn and use a range of technology

*Great communication and interpersonal skills

*Degree educated, 2.1 or above (Computer Science, Mathematics, Science or Engineering discipline)
