This Director of Algorithms vacancy is based in the south east of the UK with an established client. The opportunity would see you growing your own algorithms team and really driving forward this area of the business. What can you expect? As the Director of Algorithms, your primary responsibilities will be to provide the vision, tools and methodologies needed to create a world class product. Initially, you would likely be more hands-on in algorithm development as you get things going but as the team grows the majority of this Director of Algorithms vacancy would be in people management and driving the vision.

Eligible candidates for this Director of Algorithms vacancy must have a wealth of commercial experience ~10+ years, including people management and the specific sector in which you've gathered your algorithm development expertise could vary, but the two most likely backgrounds are mobile communications and/or imaging.

What can my client offer you? For the right person and experience ~£80-100k as a base annual salary with other benefits on top and the excellent opportunity to grow the team.
