Are you a Maintenance Manager or Supervisor looking to lead a highly skilled Electrical team and play a pivotal part in developing a successful maintenance department?

This is an opportunity to join a Global leading company where you can manage your team as you see fit while also getting involved in CAPEX and CI Projects, in a mixture of hands on and management work.

This company are global leaders in the manufacture of Building products. They have several state of the art automated factory's in the UK and are now looking for a Maintenance Manager to head up the Electrical Maintenance team.

This role would suit an electrical bias maintenance manager or supervisor.

The Role:

- Managing & Developing a skilled maintenance team of Electrical Engineers

- Working within an Automated manufacturing environment

- A focus on improving current Maintenance Systems

- Working closely with Engineering Manager on CAPEX projects

The Candidate:

- Electrical Engineer background (ideally experience working with Automation / PLC's)

- Man management experience, either as a manager, supervisor or team leader or similar

- Looking for a challenging but very rewarding role in a renowned Manufacturing company
