Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Package: up to £65,000 DOE + car allowance + benefits

Location: Liverpool

An excellent new opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor has arisen In Liverpool to work for a well- respected Tier 1 national contractor. The company operate across a variety of sectors and are specifically recruiting for several exciting education and healthcare projects.

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be a key part within the Commercial team, offering support and training to junior Surveyors whilst simultaneously delivering on live projects for exceptional clients.

This is the perfect position for an established Senior Quantity Surveyor with a multi sector background.

The ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will:

* Experience with JCT form of contracts.

* Enjoy fast paced work.

* Experience within educational/ healthcare projects

* Advanced IT skills.

Remuneration:

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor has the opportunity to earn:
