Salary on offer: £70,000 - £75,000 plus attractive benefits

We are supporting a Large Lloyds Managing Agent in their search for an Risk Manager position.

I am partnering with a market leading Lloyds Managing Agent in London in the search for an Risk Manager. With considerable exposure to the wider business and senior stakeholders you will offer advice and guidance in the design, implementation and embedding of an effective Risk framework.

This will be a broad role and whilst this is by no means a comprehensive list of responsibilities, your role will involve:

* Design relevant risk profiles in order for the business to identify, monitor and mitigate risks

* Ensure that the growth strategy of the business, both regionally and internationally is aligned to divisional standards and that it manages the Risks within the business.

* Embed a culture of Risk Management throughout the business through stake holder relationships and a proactive methodological approach

* Contributing to the production of the ORSA.

My client is looking for credible Risk professionals with practical experience in Risk frameworks and risk deification. To be successful you must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence at a senior level. Experience in It is essential that you will have experience of a Risk management role in the Lloyds Insurance market, or from a consultancy background having supported London market clients.
