Business Analyst (HR Systems experience) - Contract - 6 months - Central London. My client, a leading UK University, is looking for a Technical Business analyst for an initial 6 month contract, based in Central London. The client is implementing CoreHR as part of their Transformation and Technology programme. Any experience of working with CoreHR is highly desirable. Alternatively any experience with other HR system implementations is also desirable.

The successful candidate will have experience with the following:

*Experience of at least one transformation and integration project

*Experience working with Vendor organisations who are heavily involved with delivery of new applications

*Experience of data integration, data mapping, data analysis & data models

*Experience of designing and writing requirements documents

*Experience on creating Business Process Sequence diagrams, User Case Diagrams and Data Flow Diagrams

*Experience on Test Processes. In particular to write System Integration test scenarios and support user acceptance test processes

*Experience on CoreHR (or at least something comparable)

*High levels of analysis of both data and business requirements, able to liaise with stakeholders. Able to translate into action plans for others in team and self

*Collaborate with the teams to develop data requirements, reviewing the organisations data to aid understanding of the data landscape and scope for integration of the new HR & Payroll applications data to other legacy systems that consume HR & Payroll information

*Contribute to the analysis and assessment of current and target data sources to produce effective data mapping and transformation rules

*Participate in data reconciliation and testing activities

*Demonstrate high levels of customer service and stakeholder engagement

*Desirable a knowledge of HR and Payroll systems and functions

*Practical experience working with Data Integration of a major business information system ideally HR & Payroll

*Experience of developing, configuring, supporting, maintaining and managing changes to complex packaged software solutions based on relational databases

*Strong understanding of data integration, data quality and data validation techniques

*Excellent SQL or related dB query languages

The rate is based on this role falling Inside IR35. This contract is highly likely to extend past the initial duration.
