Our innovative new client is currently searching for an R&D Process Engineer to work on some leading edge R&D projects within the company. The role will involve using semiconductor wafer fab processing techniques to develop new products and techniques. Directing technicians will be part of the role as well as maintaining SPC of processes and equipment. Interfacing with the design team will also be required.
Requirements for the R&D Process Engineer will be as follows:
* Previous semiconductor wafer fab process experience
* R&D and SPC knowledge and experience
* Process knowledge (PECVD, RIE, photolithography, etch, plasma etc
* PhD/Master's Degree in Physics, Materials Science, Electronic Engineering or a related discipline
