We have a new and exciting opportunity for an Application Support Analyst to join a ground breaking, leading technology company based in High Wycombe.

As the successful Application Support Analyst, you will boast experience within 2nd/3rd line application support roles, working with Apache Tomcat, JSON, XML and SQ L Server/ MySQL, paired with good technical knowledge and excellent customer service. You will be supporting and testing applications to identify any bugs or issues.

Key skills needed for the Application Support Analyst:

* Proven experience within a 2nd / 3rd line application support role

* Experience with Apache Tomcat

* Experience with JSON, XML and SQL Server/MySQL is essential

* Any exposure to Javascript / HTML is desirable

* Experience with AWS/Google Cloud/Azure is desirable but not essential

* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
