A brand new role has just arisen for an experienced Resource Planning Analyst to join one of the biggest charities in the UK based in Kings Cross, Central London. As the Resource Planning Analyst, you will be working as part of the technology department to lead on all analysis projects including single view of resource across all tech staff, resource demand, project allocation across the entire department. This is a brand-new role where you will manage projects how you see fit to increase productivity, ensure project demands are being met and ultimately save the charity money.

The Resource Planning Analyst will lead on the allocation of a £20m budget to ensure key activities are delivered in a cost effective, productive and timely manner. You will be working with the recruitment team to review the technology department needs and allocate more head count to where the data / insights show. Skills required for the Resource Planning Analyst are:

- Strong experience of interpreting data and providing in-depth insights

- Brilliant knowledge of Excel and other data analysis tools

- Proven resource management analysis experience

- Ability to work and present to senior stakeholders across the business

Salary: £45,000 + Excellent benefits
