My client provides IT consulting and business system solutions in Glasgow. It offers IT analysis, planning, and implementation services. Business applications, which include account software and ERP solutions.

The role will consist of the following:

* Resolution of incidents/problems for the client

* Assisting with upgrades to newer versions of the application

* Creating/updating functional specifications and testing of fixes and enhancements

* Liaising internally with Development teams and help desk

* Liaising with Support.

In return my client will be able to provide:

* 50k basic salary based on experience

* Provide internal training
