IT Infrastructure Support Engineer - £30-35,000 - Flexible working

Nigel Frank is working with an ambitous IT company that has big plans for the future to help them recruit an Infrastructure Support Engineer who can provide 3rd line support both remotely and onsite as required to their clients. Our client offers a friendly, family feel to its workplace and staff and is keen to also provide additional training so the successful candidate can perform at the level expected. They are looking for people located in or near Edinburgh to help with their client base in the capital and expand the services they can offer.

The successful candidate will have had experience providing support in a previous role, usually in either a 2nd or 3rd line support position. They will be comfortable dealing with all sorts of computer hardware and a variety of technologies as well as having experience with Microsoft Exchange and ideally Office 365 as a whole.

Required

- Previous experience providing IT support

- Genuine interest in technology

- Experience with Microsoft Exchange
