Technical Support Engineer / Network & Voice Engineers (Cisco)

We are looking for a Network and Voice Engineer / Technical Support Engineer to join a leading and multiple award winning organisation, to provide technical support and get involved in project engineering work with a wide range of diverse technical environments.

You will ideally have knowledge of cisco unified communications manager (CUCM) and/or any other VOIP providor, and knowledge and experience of general networking, routing, switching would also be beneficial. If you don't already possess a CCNA level certification or hold a degree in networking/a relevant subject, you should be willing to go through professional certifications funded by the organisation. The company will support and fund relevant professional certifications and encourage personal development and progression up to CCIE level.

The day to day responsibilities and complexities of the job will be tailored dependant upon your current skills and experience, but the most important thing is to have the desire to learn new things and increase your technical expertise with a broad range of voice, networking and security technologies. We're considering applicants from graduates/apprentices through to more experienced engineers

Experience required (not all essential):

Knowledge / experience of the following technologies:

* IP Telephony / VOIP / CUCM

* SIP Trunking

* LAN, WAN and Wireless networking

* IT Security and Firewall technologies, Cisco ASA/Firepower

* Cisco Technologies - ASA, Webex, Cisco Call Manager / CUCM
