2nd Line Support Manager

Kings Cross based Tech Track 100 company has a great opportunity for a hands on 2nd Line Support Manager to be to be responsible for a small team of 2nd line support analysts who typically cover the break/fix of customers technical software issues. As a team you will also be responsible for identifying and implementing new and emerging technologies that will benefit the organisations end user experiences and keep the organisation at the forefront of their industry.

As a 2nd Line Support Manager you will ideally have in-depth experience working with Windows, SQL and will need to be able to work closely with the software development team on UAT for bug fixes and new dev releases. On the soft skills you will need to possess good communication and day to day people skills as you will be dealing with external customers and vendors. Ultimately this role is strongly customer focused with a strong desire to achieve resolution of issues

You will have exceptional management and motivational techniques, service delivery and have experience of working to set timescales and SLA's, superb customer service skills coupled with an analytical and methodical in approach to troubleshooting
