Are you a Project Manager looking for your next immediately available, days based fixed term contract role with a market leading residential developer?
The company are a highly respected industry leader in their field who specialise in building new homes to Sustainable Homes Code standards, they are looking to build 100,000 homes in the next 10 years. As the company continue to grow from strength to strength, a new position has opened up within the business for a Project Manager.
The successful candidate will need to have prior Project Manager Experience preferably from Fibre Optic/Telecoms industry or within the housing sector.
On offer here is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager looking for an immediately available, days based contract role with a likely extension for a market leading residential developer.
The Role:
* Project manage the Installation of Fibre optic equipment on estates and street properties
* Day to Day management of £4.5 million budget
* Field based role covering London and south east of England
The Person:
* Immediately available
* Prior experience as a Project Manager (Preferably from Fibre Optic/Telecoms industry)
* Wanting an immediately available contract role with a likely extension
