IT Manager - Software House
IT Manager with experience of managing the IT department is required by an International business who are on a great path of growth and success. Due to growth they are looking to bring on an experienced IT Manager to join their team near Kings Cross, London.
The nature of the role for the IT Manager will be to manage the IT departments and being responsible for the IT function across Infrastructure, Cloud and Networks. The IT Manager will be responsible for understanding how to manage IT Budgets, as well as the latest technologies. The IT Manager will be responsible for making sure that the systems and technologies are running at optimum capacity. The IT Manager will on occasion be asked to travel to sites in America and Europe. The IT Manager will also be looking after a very small team ensuring that they are kept motivated and being responsible for service delivery, making sure that everything is kept running and services are being kept live.
This very 'hands on' job as IT Manager will require you to take an active role in all things IT from resolving Technical problems, maintaining and supporting the current IT Infrastructure / Network, manage and maintain the VoIP Telephone Systems, supporting Windows Servers, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange and a range of applications including Microsoft Office 365.
In addition to your core responsibilities you will also be involved with a number of small projects, whilst running a user-friendly IT department.
