Global Process Manager - EBS wanted for our Zurich based client in the retail sector.
Your experience/skills:
* 3+ years of experience as a global process manager or similar role
* Practical knowledge in leading projects including here the role of change manager
* Expertise of the EBS rules, bank file formats as well as good understanding of the work in a GBS environment and networked international organisation
* Outstanding skills in problem solution through excellent communication with different levels company's hierarchy and target audiences along with strong teamwork skill essential for the delivery of improvement
* University degree in a relevant field
* Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
* Performing successful relevant EBS projects by defining and controlling all its processes according to the compliance guidelines and company´s policies
* Ensuring new strategies and requirements through continuous communication with various stakeholders and external providers
* Fulfilling the role of change manager by providing improvements of the existing rules and level of service working with local accounting
* Advising GPOs and business management on specific projects through documentation according to the standards
* Delivering new systems and operating models through close collaboration with training and communication experts
