The Role As a Technical Support Analyst, you'll provide a high level of support to customers that are using our client's software. In this varied role, you will: - Respond to queries via telephone and the online portal
- Assist customers with their software queries
- Provide user training
- Write and maintain user documentation About You To be considered as a Technical Support Analyst, you'll need: - Previous customer service experience
- A good telephone manner
- Strong IT skills and an interest in software
- A curious mindset
- The ability to remain calm under pressure Knowledge of SQL or Zendesk would be beneficial to your application.
