'€¢Managing the internal development and testing teams (18 developers, 12 testers)'€¢Develop and establish core processes to enhance existing software development methodology'€¢Responsible for the ongoing design, development and implementation of technical roadmap with development'€¢Participation in agile ceremonies and delivery meetings'€¢Act as ‘critical challenger' to ensure solutions are built fir for purpose and to required standard to deliver ongoing value to the business'€¢Keep up-to-date with new and emerging technology'€¢Become a permanent member of the internal Open Source Software board and Design Authority'€¢Advising on technical solutions and their adoption into the business '€¢Leading R&D projects and other continual improvement activities
Experience requested
'€¢A Development manager, Tech Lead or Engineering Lead with around 5 years' leadership or supervisory experience in Software Development'€¢Demonstrated experience in leading and implementing application development in a multi-functional environment'€¢Demonstrated experience in leading teams using the following languages C#, .Net, SQL, Azure,'€¢Experience in Agile development frameworks, tools and techniques.
