Training Support Analyst / IT Learning Analyst required by multi-national Law Firm to assist in training users on IT Systems on a face-to-face and remote basis. The successful candidate will be heavily involved in the training of a user base of approx 1500 at the HQ based in London and offices around the world. The role is based in the city of London.

Working as part of a team of six Learning Specialists you will provide bespoke one to one training for Senior Professionals within the firm and also be involved in the design and preparation of courses and documentation, helping to develop the online learning environment. You will train users of MS Office applications and in-house applications. Training will be provided but a genuine understanding of training users, ideally within the legal sector, or professional services will separate you from other candidates.

We are searching for an IT Trainer / Learning Specialist who has gained strong experience working in a similar role within a large, corporate environment within the legal services arena for a solicitors firm, law firm or barristers chambers or elsewhere within global professional services. You will be an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual capable of adapting to new environments quickly and effectively. Ideally you will have commercial experience combined with solid academic background, and a mix of relevant qualifications.

You will have recent commercial experience of a Training / e-learning role covering set up and implementation of projects affecting users, new software and system upgrades, remote access to global users. You will be comfortable training users at all levels utilising excellent stakeholder engagement skills. Additionally, you will be involved in research projects and have imaginative input into new approaches to e-learning and training. Exceptional communication skills are a pre-requisite.
