An Inner Circle Microsoft Gold Partner are looking for a competent CRM Support Specialist and join their team. You will be part of a closeknit group working on enterprise level systems for major clients. Known as one of the UK's best employers, they will invest in your development and training with a view towards you becoming a consultant within the next year.

Working for one of Leeds' most prestigious institutions you will be responsible for:

* Providing 2nd or 3rd line support for major Dynamics CRM clients

* Ensuring that service levels are kept high at all times

* Supporting a large, complex user base whist maintaining high levels of customer service

An ideal candidate will:

* Have a deep understanding of Dynamics CRM

* Have a strong track record in supporting a Dynamics CRM platform

* Be experienced, having worked in a 2nd Line or 3rd Line capacity
