As an established and trusted recruitment partner to this global aviation organisation serving over 60 countries worldwide, we have been asked to assist with the recruitment of an established Senior Business Analyst to assist with exciting projects relating to this travel group's contact centres.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience of contact centre related projects and this is an essential requirement. Candidates with experience in aviation or ground handling alongside contact centre experience would be highly desirable.

Key Skills / Requirements / Responsibilities

-Contact Centre / Customer Service Centre / CRM project experience essential

-Experience within Aviation / Air Travel / Airline Industry / Ground Handling / Airport Services

-A Senior / Lead BA, who has experience overseeing analysis completed by other BA's

-Knowledge / Experience of Genesys / Avaya Beneficial
