IT Support Analyst - WindowsOur client who have a global presence require an experienced Support Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis to help support their PC systems and Network.You will ideally have experience of Windows (Server & Desktop), Office 365 applications (SharePoint desirable), configuring and supporting equipment as well as a positive attitude and flexibility due to the nature of the department.Role responsibilities:

'€¢To ensure that both the IT network and all devices within the network are maintained to professional, secure and current standards.'€¢To assist the IT user community in supporting and developing its use of technology.'€¢To identify where new technology could assist in developing client operations.'€¢Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, vendors, and contractors.'€¢To ensure that all systems remain within current compliance regulations.

Skills required:

'€¢Proven support experience within a Windows environment'€¢Both Server and Desktop experience'€¢Office 365 experience - Sharepoint is desirable'€¢Configuring and supporting equipment'€¢Excellent communication skills'€¢Able to work well within a team'€¢Positive attitude and flexibility to have a changing role
