They are currently looking for an Analyst to provide an extensive range of professional reporting services in the travel and procurement field including strategic advice, benchmarking and travel policy review, particularly in the area of supplier programme management that includes air, hotel, and car hire bookings.

This is an exciting role within the Data Management Solutions team based in their Farnborough or London office which requires someone who can demonstrate excellent analytical skills with the ability to be a real team player and form relationships with a wide range of internal and external clients

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

- Working with clients as well as stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate the requirements into effective reporting, visualisation and actionable insights

- Analysis and interpretation of airline, hotel, car rental and other travel data using Excel, SQL, Tableau, Alteryx and other BI tools

- Liaise with their suppliers in the collection of data and pricing

- Support the streamlining and automation of ad-hoc and standardised reporting functions and create efficiencies in the process for producing data analytics

- Play an active role in generating ideas for new models, reports and analysis to improve efficiency

We've pulled together a few technical and soft skills we are looking for:

Essential:

- Strong analytical skills with previous experience in analysing large and complex data sets

- Advanced MS Excel skills, including pivot tables and advanced user functions

- Good time management

- Excellent inter-personal skills with proactive approach

Preferable:

- Basic knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio

- Experience in working with BI tools

- Previous Experience in creating and automating client reporting deliverables with a quality control process will be advantageous

- Experience in the Business Travel industry

- Graduate calibre
