One of the UK's leading business solutions organisations who are continuing on their exciting growth trajectory are looking for a Messaging Specialist to act as 0365 Technical Lead, operating as 0365, Exchange and AD ambassador to the business and its thousands of customers/clients up and down the UK. As the 0365 Technical Lead and ambassador, you will be required to communicate the benefits and performance of the service to the business, stakeholders and clients, while also taking ownership of all technical elements of the service roadmap ensuring appropriate updates and improvements when required, creating workshops and training sessions to ensure all its users are able to fully utilize its functionalities and aware of his capabilities.

Key skills and experience required;

* Minimum of 2 years' experience operating in a role where you have supported the O365 platform

* Be passionate and able to effectively communicate the services capabilities and benefits

* Proven experience in administering an Exchange Hybrid and Active Directory environment

* Experience of using PowerShell to automate processes

* Experience of supporting a large user base of clients, which may have different needs or goals
