Your Housing Group (YHG) are currently undertaking a major Digital Transformation and implementing a range of new technologies to enable a strategic channel shift towards the latest and best of breed technologies and services.

There is so much great research and development happening within our ICT Division currently, it's a busy and exciting time to join us.  Our ICT team is growing and evolving and due to this, we now have a new opportunity for an energetic, driven, Head of ICT to join the business and lead the operational management of ICT, ensuring the service provision is cost effective, reliable and customer focused.

You will champion the collaborative working of cross-functional teams under your lead and will manage a number of direct reports across the ICT function to drive the ongoing provision, development and maintenance of the Company's core network infrastructure, business systems and telephony. This will also include responsibility for our service desk, testing division and ICT project management along with holding overall responsibility for the management and engagement of external agencies, partners and suppliers to maximise the effective operation of the ICT service here at YHG.

To be successful in our Head of ICT role, you will be a true leader of people and will work within the business as the direct number 2 to the ICT Director, confident and able to deputise on their behalf up to board level when needed. The Head of ICT position holds a high level of autonomy within the business and will see you both contribute to the overall management and policy framework of the company in support of corporate objectives, along with having strategic input into ICT planning, budgets and projects.
