Network Architect (MPLS, VPN, Data Centre) - Manchester - 5 Month Contract

My client, a global technology consultancy are looking for 2 Network Architects to join them on a customer site in Manchester. The roles will be for an initial 5 month contract and can offer a competitive daily rate.

Role Background:

* The successful candidates will be working closely with a large Financial Services organisation in Manchester on part of a large Data Centre Migration project.

* You will have overall ownership of 3rd party connection design as well as technical decisions for 3rd party towers.

* You will also be responsible for all application dependencies and the necessary actions that will feed into the connection design.

Required Skills:

* Candidates should have an extensive background with Network Design in particular working on Data Centre Migration projects.

* Any prior experience of Data Centre Migration projects within the Financial Services would be beneficial.

* Exposure to VPN's, RAS, MPLS is also of interest.

* Candidates should also be eligible and willing to undergo a Financial Services background check prior to joining.
