Sage 200 Support Consultant
Salary - up to 35000 per annum (DOE)
Location - Northamptonshire, England
Sage 200 Support Consultant required for a leading Sage Business Partner. For over 20 years, they have been providing high-quality business management solutions, using innovative technology.
They are now looking for a Sage 200 support consultant to join their growing support team where you will be providing support to their Sage 200 customers. You will be providing 1st and 2nd line support where you will be dealing with issues and requests, troubleshooting and resolving problems, logging and documenting Sage 200 queries and escalating them where necessary to senior staff.
To be considered for this opportunity you must have:
* At least one year of Sage 200 support experience
* Proven IT support/administration experience
* Good SQL skill
* Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with employees at all organizational levels
* Full eligibility to work in the UK
