Role: Investment Planning Analyst (Gas)

Location: Warwick

Contract: 6 Months

*Our leading client requires a Investment Planning Analyst to lead the change identification & impact assessment, ensuring that the changes being addressed are the most critical changes

*To scope projects in order to address portfolio change to deliver the optimal total solution (people, process or systems), defining the benefits and ensuring that the upcoming projects are prioritised and added to the portfolio pipeline.

*To lead portfolio investment planning in collaboration with wider SO, IS, Finance and other relevant parties / organisations to define the capex and opex project investment plan, ensuring that the investments reflects the input and the need from across the SO entity.

Essentials:

*Business analysis skills and experience, ideally supported by a qualification such as ISEB diploma or consultancy background

*Significant experience of scoping and planning business change and / or IT system development projects / programmes.

*Experience of defining business and system strategies and roadmaps

*Extensive experience of applying a logical, creative and practical approach to problem solving and ability to structure complex problems to identify effective strategies and solutions.

*Extensive experience of dealing with a variety of stakeholders and the ability to develop effective working relationships across the business.

*Significant experience of working on projects and change management

*Knowledge of SO business and associated statutory and commercial obligations

Desirable:

Portfolio, Programme and Transformation Management Qualifications, PEx LCS 2a or similar
