I am working with an industry leading business based in Manchester who are running through a large Workday implementation & now require a Workday reward analyst to take on the next phase of this project.

Key experience for the Workday Reward Analyst

* Extensive experience in a HR environment

* Strong knowledge and expertise of Workday is essential for this position

* Responsible for EMEA region and managing the content for employees

* Compensation and benefits experience

* Experience of working in a HR systems transformation project

* Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills
