An excellent role on offer for a Project Engineer looking to join a global company where you will undergo extensive training to become a specialist within this industry, whilst working on technically challenging projects.

Have you got an interest in the rail industry or are you looking to break into the world of rail? Are you looking to join a global and stable company?

This company specialise within the rail industry where they are one of the largest freight transport operator in the world. They have recently signed a multimillion pound contracts to work alongside Network Rail and Siemens to conduct all of their rail projects. Due to this now is an exciting time to join them as you will be instrumental in the continued growth of the company.

In this role you will have responsibility for the co-ordination, completion and delivery of the engineering aspects of the ERTMS project including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring and summarising the progress of the project.

This role would ideally suit a Project Engineer who has experience of working in the rail industry, or wants to break into the world of rail where you will work on lucrative projects and be trained to be a specialist within this industry.

The Role:

* Manage the suppliers in Class Locomotives & the fleet

* Liaison with Network Rail

* £40,000 - £45,000 + Training + Progression + Excellent Pension + Benefits

The Person:

* Project Engineering background

* Mechanical or electrical experience

* Must have experience of working in rail or wants to get into this industry
