I am currently looking for a Senior Site / Construction Manager to work on Flagship Project for a large regional contractor.

Location; MCR city centre

Rate £270 a day

7 month contract

The project is high rise apartments and the required candidate will need experience with;

* Large High rise projects experience

* Brick, cladding & curtainwall experience

* Experience with hard & soft landscaping

* This is a challenging project and the successful candidate must have experience managing teams and be confident they can successfully complete the project as number 1 on site

* The project will run for 7 Months, there is the possibility of more work should the successful candidate make a good impression with their work on this project.
