37.5 hours between 08:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday

The Company:
Due to growth a leading provider of bespoke software and managed solutions to the NHS are looking for a highly competent and enthusiastic Data Analyst to join their team .
The company are experiencing high volumes of growth across the business along with substantial financial investment, they are expecting to add an additional 4 people to the IT Dept before the end of 2019.
The Duties:Undertake the answering of information and data related support desk requests/issues.Assist in the design and development of management information requirements. This will involve the development of key performance indicators, systematic reporting on activity and data quality.Review information report definitions and validate clinical data class coding systems to support the accurate delivery of information reports.Assist in the undertaking audit, surveys or research to support service development and to develop new methodologies for the analysis and interpretation of data.Ensure compliance with the GPDR, Data Protection Legislation, NHS data definitions and reporting standards.Work to achieve agreed objectives and outcomes, acting autonomously and using initiative and motivation whilst working within broad professional principles and policies.Understanding of database systems, data models, data structures, and data quality metrics.
Skills needed to apply:A strong background in Data AnalyticsProblem SolverKnowledge of SQL, Oracle or MS SQL ServerConfidence in asking questions and communication skillsKnowledge of Cleaning data and loading files in to a database
MUST HAVES:
Be able to pass a DBS check
