A Head of Salesforce is needed for a global End User based in Central London. The Salesforce instance is pivotal within the business and they need someone have full autonomy of the system.

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Create and Manage the Salesforce Roadmap

* Strong Stakeholder Management

* Manage workflow rules, triggers, action items, approval processes, security validations

* Create and maintain user roles, profiles, campaigns, and record types

* Effectively manage a team of Salesforce Admins

Requirements:

* Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and Force.com platforms.

* Familiarity with SFDC development tools

* Experience within Sales & Service Clouds components

* Effective interpersonal and relationship management skills are paramount.

* Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of employees within the organization.
