.NET Developer

initially 3-6 months contract

SC clearance is required

£450 - £550 pay per day

Based in Central London

Our client is looking for a .NET Developer to work on an initial 3- 6 month contract based in Central London looking for SC cleared contractor.

the right candidate will have the below skill set and experience,

NET Developer with Windows Profile experience:

.NET Developer required for an application development project to build software using languages and technology of the .NET framework.

Essential skills:

Minimum of 7 years' experience with strong knowledge of .NET framework and ability to work closely with UX designer and front end developers.

Proficient in at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic, XAML) and HTML5/CSS3

Familiarity with Windows Presentation Framework

Good working experience with REST APIs and integration

Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git/SVN .

Experience with the GDS guidelines/platform.

Ability to work in a tightknit group which includes the Customer, Java Developers, Front End Designer and Business Analyst, to develop code based on wireframes and roadmaps.

As the role will be primarily customer/user facing, the applicant must have excellent analytical and communication skills.

Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 10 weeks.
