About the role
PLL entered the bulk purchase annuity (BPA) market in 2018 and wrote £800m of business across three corporate transactions, each managed post-transaction as projects through the change function.  Both Group and PLL view the BPA market as a potential area of growth for the business and would like to establish a dedicated BPA team responsible for onboarding new business and for the day to day management of existing transactions. 
The team requires an implementation manager who will own and develop the blueprint for onboarding new business, taking responsibility for ensuring a smooth transition from a tactical operating model to a strategic operating model and working closely with both our clients and our internal stakeholders to ensure that PLL delivers its contractual requirements.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team in its very early stages and will suit someone with the drive and ambition to develop PLL's approach and help shape its presence and brand in the BPA market. 
Requirements for the role
-Strong knowledge of financial services in the life and pension industry 
-Excellent project management, planning and organising skills 
-Demonstrable ability to develop and maintain internal relationships
-Demonstrable experience of managing external relationships professionally and with appropriate commercial awareness
-Flexible and adaptable and able to find and drive through appropriate solutions for all stakeholders
-Recognised Project Management qualification desirable but not essential
