Digital ASIC Design Engineer. Dublin. A superb opportunity has arisen for a Junior Digital ASIC Design Engineer to join this Digital RF design group, who develop complex mixed analog/digital systems in advanced 16nm and 7nm CMOS technologies.

This unique opportunity is in the lively city of Dublin where there is an abundance of things to do from Guinness tours, whiskey and pubs and clubs to the more cultured and educational activities including Museums, farms and The National gallery so there certainly is something for everyone!

As the Junior Digital ASIC Design Engineer you will have between 1-4 years' experience and a relevant degree as well as having the drive and determination to succeed. The scope of work includes design, implementation and verification of complex algorithms.

Skills needed for the junior Digital ASIC Design Engineer position;

* Bachelor/masters in Electronic/computer engineering

* Strong knowledge of logic design concepts and hands-on experience with System Verilog.

* Good understanding of digital ASIC methodologies including front end design, verification, synthesis, STA, DFT and physical implementation.

* Experience in scripting languages including Tcl and Perl would be advantageous.
