We are actively looking to secure a Digital Business Analyst to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

The Role
This is a hands-on role, working alongside Developers, Testers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, UX and UI designers.
The Business Analyst plays an integral part in the full software development life-cycle. You will be an adaptable and pro-active self-starter who uses their initiative to solve problems. You will have the ability to motivate and encourage collaboration amongst the other team members.
Responsibilities:
* You will contribute and help implement Agile working practices
* You will be working with subject matter experts to understand their requirements and analyse them in detail
* Documenting requirements in the form of Agile User Stories and Acceptance criteria
* Building and maintain backlogs
* Collaborating with the Development team to refine and plan the work
Key Skills
* Experience delivering projects in an Agile environment
* Full software development lifecycle experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Stakeholder management skills & working with 3rd party suppliers
* Ability to prioritise your workload
* Any experience working on Apps would be beneficial
