Applications Support Analyst / .Net Developer

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Applications Support Analyst / .Net Developer to secure an exciting position with an industry leading and cutting-edge financial services and insurance company, based in Potters Bar (Hertfordshire). This Applications Support Analyst / .Net Developer role is perfect for someone with both Applications Support and Developer experience, looking to be involved in exciting projects and the latest technologies.

The Applications Support Analyst / .Net Developer is responsible for both providing 2nd line support across applications used by the business and also responsible for the development of software solutions.

Essential technical skills required for the Applications Support Analyst / .Net Developer:

* Strong C#, .Net and .Net core experience

* Strong Applications Support experience

* Excellent understanding of IT methods & processes (SDLC & SIS)

* Knowledge of SQL/T-SQL and SSIS/SSAS/SSRS

* Experience with Java, Javascript and Github

* Previous experience working within Agile

* Previous experience within the financial industry is desirable

* Excellent communications skills are vital.
