Lead QA Test Engineer (Automation JavaScript Selenium). Do you want to utilise your experience in QA testing and progress your career, providing technical leadership and partnering across the business?

As a Lead QA Test Engineer at this leading Cyber Security technology company you will set up and establish the test infrastructure, taking ownership of the end to end testing processes and improve the level and efficiency of automation testing across all products and services. You'll partner with software developers and other engineering teams to establish test requirements and advise on the best testing solution, automating wherever possible.

Responsibilities will encompass monitoring, maintaining and improving the quality of software testing tools, applications and frameworks; carrying out root cause analysis; conducting exploratory testing; planning testing from early development stages and ensuring timely delivery of high quality product releases. In time you will build a team around you and provide leadership to that team.

You'll be based in impressive Canary Wharf offices (with no consultancy travel required); collaborative and friendly team environment.

Requirements:

*Strong QA testing experience including both manual and automation techniques

*Experience of managing and executing end-to-end QA testing including associated documentation

*Good working knowledge of Build and Release processes, ideally including CI/CD

*Experience within an Agile development environment

*Collaborative team member with advanced communication skills
