* Track record of delivering projects in the support of security operations including: Security Operations Centre/Managed Security Services Provider, outsourcing, SIEM, Network Security Monitoring, Incident response and similar

* Project Management - Principles, methods, techniques and tools for the effective management of projects from initiation through to implementation. Examples, but not limited to: PRINCE2, and PMBOK (Project Management Book of Knowledge) from the PMI - Project Management Institute

* Project Management Tools - Automated tools to assist in the project management process, by automating mechanical tasks such as scheduling, resource balancing, and time recording. Tools and techniques for risk management. Examples, but not limited to: Open Workbench and Microsoft Project

* Project Risk Management - The identification, assessment and management of project risks, which could result in time or cost over-runs, or failure to deliver products which are fit for purpose

* Experience supporting technical security projects and improvement programmes in both SME and larger, regulated industries

* Experience of managing multiple information security , cyber security, compliance and multiple business transformation projects

* 5+ Years in a similar role.

Proficient in:

* Planning and Organisation - Determining a course of action by breaking it down into smaller steps and by planning and resourcing each of these, making allowance for potential problems and escalating if necessary

* Customer Focus - Understanding the needs of the internal or external customer and keeping these in mind when taking actions or making decisions

* Initiative - Being proactive, anticipating opportunities for systems, service or product improvement or development and taking appropriate action(s)

* Cross-Functional and Inter-Disciplinary Awareness - Understanding the needs, objectives and constraints of those in other disciplines and functions
