Technical Business Analyst

Central London - £75,000 (negotiable) plus benefits.

Overview:

You will lead the integration of complex, critical business services onto the Business Performance Management (BPM) monitoring platform, ensuring appropriate standards (availability, performance monitoring, regulatory compliance, security policies, etc) are adhered to and provides a state-of-the-art service level. You will be working with internal IT and business customers, infrastructure and application Subject Matter Experts, perform analysis of business & technical monitoring requirements for complex, critical, business services.

Role Responsibilities:

* Working with internal IT and business customers, infrastructure and application Subject Matter Experts, perform analysis of business & technical monitoring requirements for complex, critical, business services.

* Match the business service monitoring requirements with features of the new global BPM solution, to support requirements for asset discovery; service, application & infrastructure dependency mapping; event management, etc.

* Identify feature and/or data gaps in the existing BPM solution framework and work with BPM Solution Architect to enhance the BPM monitoring solution to resolve gaps identified.

* Define acceptance criteria for key business, application, service delivery, infrastructure to accept the solution into production use.

* Define & document the Test Plan to verify the new solution operates as expected.

* Identify, define & document the overall integration plan (tasks, risks, issues) for business service integration with the BPM solution, including all aspects of tool development, configuration, data integration, testing and implementation.

* Working with all relevant business, application, service delivery, infrastructure & BPM stakeholders, manage the integration process, tracking task status, managing risks and issues and owning Change Management activities.

* Working with the BPM Solution Architect, Service Delivery managers, application & infrastructure SMEs, define, document & deliver training on the new solution.
