This company are a designer and manufacturer of products that are supplied into a range of locations around the world. They have been enjoying continued growth off the back of new product development and increased demand for their products, and now to this they require a production manager to take a lead role for one of their departments.

In this days role you will be working from 7am -3.30pm running a team of production operatives. You will be reporting into the operations manager and have full autonomy to run your department. This will involve all KPI's, LEAN and continuous improvements, quality and health and safety issues. This role will then develop into a senior management role within the business.

The ideal candidate will be a production manager, with experience of running teams over a shift and ideally have a Six sigma qualification, although this is not essential and be looking to bring fresh ideas into a manufacturing company and progress upwards.

The Role:

*Production management of a team

*Managing all KPI's, lean and CI activates, quality and health and safety issues

*Reporting into the operations manager, while working with the maintenance, quality and operations teams

*Progression into a senior management role
