Looking for an exceptional Business Intelligence Senior Manager with proven leadership and managerial skills. The Trust is focusing and prioritising business intelligence and information management and this role is absolutely key in developing and driving this vision forwards.

Operating at both an operational and strategic level, this role is pivotal in ensuring that all aspects of, clinical and information systems data, are received, processed and reported to ensure key stakeholder's requirements are met. Leading a business intelligence team to support our services in receiving the information and assurances they require to run their services safely, developing the visualisation of data and optimising data quality are fundamental to its success.

To succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record of delivery, be an inspiring and empowering manager and have professional credibility within senior management teams. You will be a self-motivated, pro-active individual with strong time management and organisational skills. You will have excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills. You will be able to create and a implement a culture of high performance and delivery within your team and resolve any performance issues that arise swiftly and effectively.
