In the role, you will have an active part in continuously improving team culture as part of the corporate agile/DevOps vision, whilst helping identify and deliver measurable value and iterative products as part of our Digital Transformation.  As a Full Stack Developer, you will contribute and help define the Technology road map for YHG.

This is a hands-on role where you will be challenged to develop the YHG hybrid architecture and ensure that the agreed approach is imbedded in the delivery of working software.

Responsibilities:

  • Coding, Testing, Documentation
  • Ownership of assigned software and non-software deliverables
  • Production of accurate, unambiguous technical design specifications
  • Deputising for Technical leads in areas of skills specialism and attending tech community events to maintain your skills.
  • Production, preparation and execution of unit test plans
  • Production of efficient and fully documented code
  • Production of supporting technical and installation documentation for internal and external publication and ensuring Tech Specs, code and/or Unit Test Plans produced are all in line with the Traceability Matrix/Functional Specification
  • Facilitate Peer reviews to evaluate all code to ensure that its technical content and quality meet YHG standards

Requirements:

  • Highly skilled in C#, GULP, GIT.
  • Experienced with using Web API SOAP Web Services
  • Experienced with using Visual Studio 2017
  • Code Analysis experience
  • Proficient with techniques for Continuous Integration & Deployment automation.
  • Excellent Communicator
  • An understanding of Agile / Scrum methodology practices
