ESTIMATOR / SENIOR ESTIMATOR

Location: Kent

Salary: £80,000 per annum DOE

The Company:

A well-established house builder, my client has grown from strength to strength in the last 5 years, increasing their turnover with a strong forward order book and a varied portfolio of work.

Senior Estimator Opportunity:

Due to continued growth, an excellent opportunity exists for an Estimator or Senior Estimator to join their established team. The successful applicant will be responsible for the Estimating function and provide support to the Commercial Team on each scheme through from the initial land viability assessment, the land acquisition and planning process, through to the delivery and completion of the scheme.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Estimator within a main contracting environment.

* Stable history of employment.

* Proficient in a computerised estimating package such as Conquest or Causeway.

* Proficient in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).

* Educated to a high standard - Degree, HNC/D preferred.

* Full driving licence is required
